Management Team
The executive management team at Nitronex has extensive experience in all
aspects of the design, manufacture and marketing of RF semiconductor products
for the mobile communications industry. Collectively, key management personnel
have proven track records across several industries including wireless/RF,
semiconductor devices, and semiconductor materials. Furthermore, the Nitronex
senior engineering team represents one of the largest groups of GaN experts
in the world, employing 12 engineers with doctoral degrees in the field
of GaN expitaxial growth and processing.

Kevin Linthicum, Chief Technical
Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder Kevin is a co-founder of Nitronex and a co-inventor of the company's proprietary PENDEO™ and SIGANTIC® (GaN-on-silicon) epitaxial growth processes. He has over ten years of experience in the epitaxial growth and development of compound semiconductor materials, including GaN, by both MOCVD and MBE. Kevin is also a veteran of the US Submarine Force and has over eight years experience in nuclear propulsion and engineering. |

Gary
Blackington, Vice President - Worldwide Sales Gary joined Nitronex from Numonyx B.V. where he was the Director of World Wide Applications. Prior to the formation of Numonyx, Gary held several senior sales management positions at Intel Corporation. Gary has also held senior sales management positions at Metalink Inc, IBM Corporation and Actel Corporation. Gary holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lowell. |

Ray Crampton, Director -
Marketing Ray joined Nitronex from Texas Instruments, where he was Strategic Marketing and a Systems Engineering Manager. Before that, Ray held various positions at Sirenza Microdevices including Product Line Manager, Engineering Manager and Senior RF IC Design Engineer. Ray has a BS and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. |

Bruce Cochran, Vice President - Operations Bruce joined Nitronex from Tyco Electronics - M/A-COM, where he was Director of US Fab Operations. Bruce brings over 25 years of operations experience from various semiconductor manufacturers to Nitronex. Bruce has a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from Cornell University and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. |

Jim DeVivo,
Director - Finance Jim joined Nitronex from Bear Stearns and Companies in New York where he specialized in financial consolidation and regulatory filings for the investment banking firm's European subsidiaries. Previously, he audited commercial real estate companies and small businesses with the public accounting firm Friedman Alpren and Green in New York. |
