GaN Applications

Compound semiconductors far exceed the physical properties of silicon, and GaN is the most dynamic of the III-V materials. As a result, its capabilities - such as amplifying (without distorting) high-frequency RF signals, withstanding high temperatures, emitting blue and green light - make GaN ideally suited for a wide range of electronic and optoelectronic applications.
