As companies grow it usually becomes necessary to implement standardized
written communication materials such as employee handbooks. Practical reasons
have resulted in Nitronex adopting a formal handbook as well; however, the
ideals and values of the original Nitronex handbook still hold true to this
day. Those principles allow each employee to play a critical role in leading
the company to the forefront of semiconductor technology.
